For customers located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, incomplete, or returned without approval may not be accepted for a refund.
Return Address
Customers must return the item to the return address provided by our support team.
Please do not send the item to any other address. Returns sent to the wrong address may not be accepted or processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise confirmed by our support team.
We recommend using a reliable courier service and keeping the tracking number. Once the return has been shipped, please send us the tracking number so we can follow the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund if the return meets our conditions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
